My Top Fitness Apps

I will share with you my reviews and top fitness apps to help you get to your goal faster. Whether your in the shredding phase or gaining phase these tools will help you track your workouts and diet. These are in no particular order and most of them are free and they can easily be downloaded in the App Store/Play Store on your phone.

Diet Assistant - One of the hardest parts of losing weight is eating healthy. Temptations are everywhere and portion sizes are huge. Diet Assistant makes it much easier to watch what you eat. Enter in your target weight and the app will design a meal plan to get you there.

My Fitness Pal - Calorie Counter & Diet - The key to Calorie Counter& Diet Tracker’s success is that it incorporates diet and exercise. Its has three million foods lets you track the calories, fat, carbs, and cholesterol.

Lose It -  The formula to losing weight is simple: Burn off more calories than you take in each day. Lose It simplifies weight loss by designing a custom plan for you, then tracking your calories and exercise to help you get there.

Diet Point - The app will show you exactly what to eat, generating detailed shopping lists to help you navigate the supermarket and buy the right foods. It will also estimate how much weight you’ll lose by following the plan.

7-Min Workout - HIIT exercise app.The app alternates 30 seconds of high-energy exercises like jumping jacks, push-ups, squats, and planks with 10 seconds of rest. This workout gets your heart pumping and works out your muscles in 7 minutes.

Fitness Buddy - If you really in the market for a personal trainer but you can't afford one, the next best option might be Fitness Buddy. The app features more than 1,700 different exercises, along with thousands of photos and videos to help you get your technique down. You’ll learn how to use all the major pieces of equipment, from barbells to stability balls. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, or build your muscles, you’ll find a workout here to help you get there. Once you’ve established a fitness program, track your progress for $1.99.
